Regardless of how big or small your balcony, courtyard or patio, we can make it into an extension of your home. You'll have your own outdoor room as a sanctuary.

 

We’ll determine the specifics of how you'd like to use the space, create a design of your outdoor room and then determine the best path for installation. 

 

I can work with all styles and budgets to find the elements that are most important to incorporate into your design and make a space where you will feel nourished and centered. I’m experienced at working within HOA guidelines so you can rest easy knowing that your design will fit within building codes.​

Based on your individual needs, there are four packages available for your space.

Package A - Design only

This budget friendly package is intended for those who need some guidance with design and item sourcing and are happy to do the shopping and set up themselves. It's perfect for those who are looking for balcony design ideas. This saves you from doing the hours of research because I'll be doing the work for you!

  • Site visit, consultation and measure by designer

  • Outdoor Room design concept

  • Research of furniture, accessories, pots and plants for your lifestyle and needs

  • Sharing of web links via email for furniture, accessories, pots and plants

  • Plant suggestions depending on your maintenance needs

 

Pricing - $400 - $600 depending on size and detail of project. 

Package B - Furniture and accessory design and installation 

If you would prefer to have me do the shopping and setup of your furniture and accessories for your patio then this is the package for you. We will work together to determine your style and needs and I’ll finish the job from there. All you have to do is show up and enjoy your new space! Please note this package is for furniture and accessories and does not include plants. This is to accommodate clients who do not want any plants or prefer to do their planting on their own.

  • Outdoor Room design concept

  • (Optional) 3D presentation or 3D photos to help determine placement of furniture

  • Research of furniture and accessories for your lifestyle and needs

  • In person meeting or sharing of web links via email to furniture and accessories. This is based on your preference.

  • (Optional) Shopping Outing

  • Ordering of furniture and accessories - delivered to your home

  • Installation of furniture and accessories​

 

Pricing starts at $700.

Package C - Plant installation

If you are happy with your furnishings but need some help with plants and installation, this is the package for you. We will work together to determine your style and maintenance needs and I’ll finish the job from there. Please note this package does not include furniture and accessories other than pots.

  • Site visit, consultation and measure by designer

  • Planting design concept

  • Research of plants and pots for your lifestyle and needs

  • In person meeting or sharing of plant photos via email. This is based on your preference.

  • (Optional) Nursery visit

  • Purchasing and installation of plants, pots, soil and amendments

Pricing starts at $500.

Package D - Entire outdoor room design and installation 

This package covers it all! I will research, order and install furniture, accessories, plants and pots. Come home to a lush new outdoor room that reflects your design style and planting style.
